For the past 10 years Graeme has worked with small and medium sized firms throughout that were facing financial difficulties and business challenges. He has assisted them through formal filings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, as a Proposal Trustee and Bankruptcy Trustee, and private and Court Appointed Receiverships, as well as informal advisory roles.

Graeme’s experience in corporate restructuring has led to engagements of various sizes, including the wind-up of a 28 location retail franchise, selling a medical office tower, and helping numerous smaller family owned business’ transition.
