On application by Royal Bank of Canada, ("RBC") msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of Trans Emerge Transport Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice Wilton-Siegel of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made on January 22, 2024 (the "Receivership Order").
