On application by Royal Bank of Canada, ("RBC") msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of Suhanna Freight Services Inc., 2815872 Ontario Inc. and 2826466 Ontario Inc. (the "Companies") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice Kurz of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made on October 22, 2024 (the "Receivership Order").
Fogler, Rubinoff LLP is counsel for RBC and Harrison Pensa LLP is counsel for the Receiver.
