On October 21, 2024 msi Spergel inc. (the "Receiver") was appointed by the Court as Receiver over certain assets of Tomislav Anthony Vukota (the “Debtor“) as follows:

• Real property municipally known as St. Regis Residences, 311 Bay Street, Unit 4002, Toronto, Ontario; and
• 100 common shares of Vukota Capital Management Inc. and all income thereon and proceeds thereof.
