On October 3, 2024, msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of Malakland Petroleum Ltd. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice Chang of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Receivership Order").
