On June 10, 2024, msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of Jinamart Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice Black of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Receivership Order").

The Company operates as an online retailer of home accessories, car accessories and other consumer goods from a leased premise located at 1111 Flint Road, Unit 9-11, Toronto, Ontario.
