msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") over 11977636 Canada Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Justice Valente of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Court") made on February 11, 2025. The company owns property located at 652 Parkdale Avenue North, Hamilton and 5641 Nauvoo, Watford, ON which is now under the control of the Receiver.
