On March 8, 2024, msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of West Eglinton Medical Centre Ltd. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice Black of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Receivership Order"). The Company is primarily engaged in the business of providing radiology services.
