Stellar Point Inc. was placed into receivership on April 8, 2016. Prior to this appointment, the Receiver had been appointed as investigatory receiver over Stellar Point Inc. Stellar Point Inc. was a central and interchangeable element of the Banners Broker business. Stellar Point Inc. and Banners Broker International Limited (“BBIL”) have similar if not identical creditor profiles, and will be wound-up to protect the interests of creditors of the Banners Broker enterprise.
