Appointed by the Ontario Superior Court as a Receiver over a Sikh Temple.

Summary of Strategy Employed & Outcome

Worked towards and successfully assisted in the negotiation of a resolution satisfactory to all stakeholders which respect the sensitive nature of the engagement and which allowed for the uninterrupted use of the Temple by its members.
