On application by Royal Bank of Canada, ("RBC") msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of North Star Freight Forwarders Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice Barnes of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice made on March 21, 2024 (the "Receivership Order").
