msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") over real property located at 228 Dundas Street East, Belleville, ON which is owned by Metamore Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Justice Kimmel of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Court") made on March 18, 2025 but became effective on April 1, 2025.
