On March 19, 2014, msi Spergel Inc. was appointed Trustee in connection with a Notice of Intention to Make A Proposal filed by Makeup Artistry Stores Inc. (the “Company”). The Company is a distributor of makeup and beauty supplies located in Concord, Ontario.
