On application by Royal Bank of Canada, ("RBC") msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of H&H Holding Inc. and Khaira Motor Freight Inc. (the "Companies") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice A.D. Hilliard of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice made on October 8, 2024 (the "Receivership Order").
