On application by Royal Bank of Canada, ("RBC") msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of Gifft Express Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice Cavanagh of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made on September 10, 2024 (the "Receivership Order").
Aird & Berlis LLP is counsel for RBC and Harrison Pensa LLP is counsel for the Receiver.
