On application by Royal Bank of Canada, ("RBC") msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of AHM Transport Inc., AISHKA Express 2016 Inc., AISHKA Express Inc., AISHKA Recycling Inc., and Tanush Transport Inc. (collectively, the "Companies") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice Osborne of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made on September 16, 2024 (the "Receivership Order").
