On application by Royal Bank of Canada, ("RBC") msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of A.A.M Logistics Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice Yamashita of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice made on August 21, 2024 (the "Receivership Order").
