Effective April 30, 2021, msi Spergel Inc. was appointed by the Court as Receiver of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of 8331707 Canada Inc. (the “Company”). The Company owns real property located at 59 Woodlawn Rd. W. in Guelph, Ontario (the “Property”). The Property consists of an Esso branded gas station and a convenience store, both owned and operated by the Company.
