(the “Companies”) pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Justice Sheard of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Court") made on April 1, 2025. 58 King Street East Hamilton Ltd. owns property located at 58 King Street East, Hamilton. 2238394 Ontario Ltd. owns property located at 31 John Street North, Hamilton, ON. Both properties are now under the control of the Receiver.
