On February 6, 2024, msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of 2644833 Ontario Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice H.K. O'Connell of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Receivership Order"). The Company's business is operation of a Mobil gas station at 1525 Highway 11 North, Shanty Bay, Ontario.
