msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") over 2444877 Ontario Inc. (the “Company”) pursuant to the Order of the Honourable Justice Cate of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Court") made on December 13, 2024. The company owns a mixed-use building located at 212 Main Street West, Palmerston, ON which is now under the control of the Receiver.
