On November 15, 2022, msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of 2314251 Ontario Inc. (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice Osborne of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Receivership Order").

The Company's business is operation of an ESSO gas station at 26233 Highway 48, Sutton West, Ontario.
