On May 23, 2023, msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of 1731861 Ontario Inc. operating as Plasticap (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of The Honourable Justice Osborne of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Receivership Order").

The Company is a manufacturer of specialty caps and closures for a number of vertical markets, including Food, Dairy, Beverages, Condiments, Industrial, Petro-Chemical, Medical and Pharmaceutical.
