("Company") and more specifically the real property municipally described as 740-748 Sheppard Avenue West, Toronto pursuant to the Order of The Honourable Justice Conway of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Court") made on May 14, 2024 which became effective on May 17, 2024.
