On June 21, 2024, msi Spergel inc. was appointed as receiver (in such capacity, the "Receiver") of 1000209217 Ontario Ltd. o/a Cotton Mill Pharmacy (the "Company") pursuant to an Order of the Honourable Justice Champagne of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the "Receivership Order").

The Company operates a pharmacy from a leased premises located at 703 Cotton Mill Street, Cornwall, Ontario.
